Has there been any finalisation in terms of those offerings put forward by consortiums?

Ive had a look at Project 23550 offered by Rosoboronexport and I have to say those OPVs way outperform even Paramount's offering through Navantia. The ice-breaking ability is significantly lacking in what I've heard is being considered.

I don't think our OPVs are expected to go anywhere near ice.

Damen has been chosen as the preferred bidder. Whilst no official confirmation of the actial IPV and OPV designs have been released, it would appear that the FCS 5009 and 1800 Sea Axe were respectively offered.

Southern African Shipyards won the Project Hotel bid with the Vard Marine 9 105 survey ship.
