Another 1/32 kit on the way, new Gloster Meteor, looks like the early F1 or F3 but I am no expert, ok I looked it up, it seems that it is a Meteor F4

What the heck, suddenly all the USA online stores have the new 1/48 TRUMPETER J-7B in stock and availible, no previews no pages and pages of attacks in the modelling forums on various real and imagined slights to the intelligence of the modelling community buy daring to make a mistake or two on the occasional rivet! I feel cheated!

Hmmm their new 1/48 Vampire FB.MK.5 is now almost availible too it seems, I found one on pre order ebay for 23 USD.

I managed to keep my fingers away from my key board last week, there was an Academy Su-27 with lots of resin on ebay.
One of the reasons I managed not to bid, I told myself, "What if a new kit comes out?"

Sometimes, when I realise it will be in my stash for a while and by the time I get to it, there will have been an improved kit on the market

The new Kittyhawk !/48 Mig-25 is being torn apart by the experts, but not knowing much about the aircraft myself it looks like a stunning kit!
Look at the detail on the cockpit sidewalls I think its outstanding.
If I had the space I would love to build one of these.
Sprue shots and instructions here: http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/ind ... 69128&st=0

And the 21 page long expert opinions here :http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index.php?showtopic=261992

The new 1/48 Kinetic Alpha Jet seems to have a lot of "fit" problems if you follow this build: http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/ind ... pic=268477

For the 1/72 fans, there is a very nice looking new MPM 1/72nd Potez-Air-Fouga CM.170R Magister/Tzukit and CM.175 Zéphyr kits on the way. http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/ind ... pic=269090

And here is some nice new stuff in 1/72, 1/48 and 1/32 from MPM:
