At the rate kits are coming out, houses might need to be re-mortgaged!!

I would presume that the Typhoon would be a new tooling....?

Nee T! Thankfully 1/24 is not my cup of tea! 32nd maximum but that Typhoon is simply stunning!

I don't even care that I might never build it... I want one.

KHs new F1C instructions are up. Seems as though it has faired so well at Telford. Apparently KH stuffed the nose up!

That was my initial concern after a brief look at the kit. The nose does look to be incorrect - I have only made a visual comparison with pictures of SAAF F1's and while that is in no way a good way to do things, it "looks" to be too long and the angle from the windscreen to the nose end is quite steep. When I get back from my trip I will investigate more thoroughly

Nose aside, the rest of the kit I pretty darn good

G-91 Nice ! But why the heck another load of F-14s. There are some great kits out there already. Can never figure out the business side of some of the manufacturers decisions. :?: Has AMK actually released anything yet.

Yes, their 1/48 Kfir is very very nice and according to the builds and reviews it actually has better quality panel lines than the Kinetic one, here is a very nice side by side build of the AMK and Kinetic kits.
Personally after reading the reviews and looking at the pic's I would have gone for the AMK kit over the Kinetic one except for the fact that the AMK Kfir canopy shape is poor and the Kinetic one is correct and the cockipt/canopy shapes are important for me.

The G-91 might be the two seat trainer

According to the AMK (AvantGarde Model Kits) facebook page their new 1/48 L-29 Delfin is on its way to the distributers and the Magister is next on the list, I have to have one of each of them :smt023 , see pics of the L-29 test build here...very nice!

Is it my imagination.....the main undercarriage seem a bit short? Seems to be sitting quite low. Could be an aged eyesight issue!!
