Waterkloof gets new ILS

The SAAF has awarded Grintek Electronics (together with Norwegian partner Navia Aviation) a contract to install a new all-weather landing system at AFB Waterkloof.
Installation of the digital Normac 7000 ILS is to start in April and will replace the current analogue ILS which has been in service for 20 years.
