SAAF A400Ms to acquire AAR pods

Cobham announced on 20 July that its Air Refuelling and Auxiliary Mission Equipment Division has been awarded a contract worth more than £7 million to provide 16 908E wing dispensing pods for eight Airbus A400M tanker aircraft, with deliveries scheduled to start in 2010.
These air-refuelling systems will be fitted to Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) and South African Air Force (SAAF) versions of the aircraft. The RMAF has four A400Ms on order, whilst the SAAF has ordered eight.
