TFDC Fly-Inn - 2001

The Fly-Inn was held at the Test Flight and Development Centre, on the Cape South coast, from 2-4 November 2001. It was attended by a large number of civilian aircraft and warbirds. Although smaller than the previous Fly-Inn in 1999, the appearance of a Luftwaffe Tornado more than made up for that! The weather on the show day, Saturday 3, was overcast in the morning, but improved during the afternoon. Unfortunately, the sun was permanently behind the display line, thus the majority of photographs produced wonderful silhouettes!
