Appointments and promotions

Brig Gen H.T. Paine appointed and promoted to the substantive rank of Maj Gen as CD Force Prep (Div 376215 and Usage 0345) wef 1 Aug 08.

Col J.W. Van Zyl is appointed and promoted to the substantive rank of Brig Gen as IG SAAF (Div 009688 Post 1569 and Usage 8) wef 1 Oct 08.

Brig Gen L. Lombard appointed as GOC AFCP (Div 000001, Post 0324, Usage 11) wef 1 Aug 08.

Col M.A. Phala appointed and promoted to the substantive rank of Brig Gen as MA Regulation Policy Dir (Div 376137, Post 2156 and Usage 32) wef 1 Aug 08.

Col T.S. Madumane appointed and promoted to the substantive rank of Brig Gen as GOC AFB Waterkloof (Div 000001, Post 0324 and Usage 1895) wef 1 Aug 08.

Col S.S. Mokwena appointed and promoted to the substantive rank of Brig Gen as D. ETD (Div 376216, Post 2156 and Usage 0032) wef 1 Aug 08.

Brig Gen W.S. Mbambo appointed as Dir Air Capability Plans (Div 377785 and Usage 0081) wef 1 Aug 08.

Colonel Norman Minne promoted to Brigadier General and Director of Air Force Acquisitions.
