This colourful book deals with the exotic aviation scene of South Africa where the diversity of aircraft types whether they be piston, turbo prop or jet powered may be found in profusion. It deals with both Civil and Military types. This being a nation that has the only airworthy example of Buccaneer, Lightning and Shackleton aircraft.
The book covers 71 aircraft types plus several variants and are depicted in full colour with brief notes on operations and history. Anyone at all interested in South African aircraft must include this simple reference book in their library.
